今日特登約住紅磡既朋友,為的是佢做我地膽,帶路搵好嘢食。今日就黎到呢間我聽聞超地道超讚既台式炸雞店黎試試!專登晏晝唔食咁飽,為的是試多啲唔同款式的炸物,今日試左:1)脆皮雞腿排(配芝士粉)-呢度炸雞腿排雖然跟地道唔幫客人剪細,但勝在唔會太大塊,同朋友都容易分,我第一次食台式炸雞排係食到有肉汁鎖緊喺舊雞排入面,而且我地行到紅磡先開餐仲保持到酥脆+熱辣辣既溫度,芝士粉辣辣地,好惹味,食落無話好熱氣既感覺2)金菇酥(配梅子粉)-店員大推,話呢個炸金菇每日限定的,每日賣曬就無!呢個食落超驚喜,個梅子粉同金菇味道超夾,開胃,炸粉夠薄,無介紹錯3)脆皮百頁豆腐(配原味五香粉),個粉都係跟店員推介,食落味道正宗,個百頁豆腐既口感又係驚喜,少少煙韌度似甜不辣,但又無甜不辣既硬度,咬開都係豆腐黎,第一次食,好好食4)脆皮花枝丸(3粒)(配芝士粉+梅子粉),呢個係朋友點的,個粉兩溝咁食又真係幾好味,花枝丸好正宗,食到有粒粒花枝,而唔係一粒全係用粉整成既丸子今日好好彩,唔洗大排長龍就買到,今日係大約下午3:00去到,nice weekend!

專登晏晝唔食咁飽,為的是試多啲唔同款式的炸物,今日試左:
