To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想試添好運好耐,今日終於有機會! 一行6人坐底即喪剔點心,當然係有攞晒獎的名物︰酥皮焗叉燒包! 睇落去個皮好似好淋,但食落外脆內軟,叉燒料半肥瘦,不錯!果然名不虛傳!蝦餃和燒賣味道都係一般,無什驚喜,尤其是燒賣賣相麻麻地。陳皮牛肉球好味,食得出沒有下太多粉去撈,有牛肉味。煎蘿蔔糕不錯,吃到粒粒蘿蔔。盅頭飯只是陪襯,沒有特色可言。花生豬骨粥沒有豬骨,更沒有豬肉味,失望。豬潤腸非常爽口,喜歡豬潤的朋友不可不試!good!!最後推介馬拉糕,兒時的味道,很鬆軟,不太甜,一上碟比我地吃清光,掛住傾電話的同事只可以望籠輕嘆啦!總結來說,一個人都係$60 ,好飽又免加一,值得給一個lam lam 脷的!
