每次去上環買海味,都會想起去尚興潮州飯店。因為家人都好喜愛吃潮州菜,所以吃過無數間潮州酒家,作為潮州食店老字號,呢度嘅鹵水鵝確實做得數一數二咁出色。店內裝修超過數十年,店員都不年輕,但佢地態度親切服務有禮,每枱餐後會附送綠豆爽糖水,現時嘅酒家飯店已好少有呢啲心意啦。螺頭雞腳燉湯,材料十足,鮮濃美味,絕無味精鹵水鵝肉,連骨嘅鵝肉較香,鹵水汁好醇厚,唔會過鹹,鵝肉又夠嫩而又唔肥,保持一貫水準韭菜炒雞紅,韭菜脆嫩唔會過老,炒得夠鑊氣功夫茶
