To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然結了婚, 但都要慶祝拍拖7週年,於是去了牛角食燒肉, 本身旺角開了一間, 但九龍灣比較出名, 所以遠遠都要去!!一早經過門口, 問可否book 位, 侍應話full booking!!我地只有walk in 才可有位, 於是我地怕等位, 6:15p.m 已經再到門口取位 當然不用等位入座~~一入去, 感覺有點似和民, 侍應又大叫日文口號歡迎我地!!!第一個感覺不錯被安排坐4人枱, 好似唔覺有2人枱, 我地兩個對坐, 但侍應話可以坐埋一邊??!!我第一時間想,唔通要搭枱,哈哈哈...但後來發現張枱幾大, 對坐感覺好遠, 而且周圍幾枱都是2人燒, 枱枱都是坐梳化位一齊坐, 我當然跟風, 叫了老公坐入來,發覺張梳化好舒服 坐低點了幾樣食物,老公怕食唔落..豬大腸好味, 少有可以食內臟, 因為醃了味, 不用點醬都ok!!牛舌雖然薄, 但口感一流, 因大塊!!真的是博一博, 沾了旁邊的酸汁, 幾開胃!!仲有少少洋蔥細細碗, 食完好似陣風一樣, 牛栢葉好細條!!牛油帶子一流, 好大舊牛油, 侍應教我地成塊鐵板連帶子放落爐上, 不消一陣, 牛油與帶子相溶, 滾熱辣, 食落好重牛油香, 帶子大隻,

牛角飯真是不能錯過,太好食了, 紫菜雖然好食,但飯內有汁, 個種汁好味程度爆燈, 不是普通豉油, 汁加飯加紫菜, 就甘食已可食完一碗飯, 但配上肉, 我仲可以食多一碗飯

全部食物水準我俾90分, 其實每樣食物有得揀味道, 我多數揀了醬汁,不是鹽燒, 而服務態度我俾100分, 不停有人加茶加水,又收碟, 而且又細心教我地點樣燒肉, 最重要是食到尾, 有個經理剛好經過, 佢俾了一個膠套我, 叫我放電話入內,免得弄污,我真是受寵若驚, 個膠套好靚, 仲可以拉埋封口, 好似防水袋, 我到現在仍keep 住個袋!!印有牛角標誌!!埋單速度快, 仲會俾一籃糖我地食..

佢會放低行開, 我地任拎, 我拎左3粒, 味道唔錯!!!! 整體這餐很滿意, 雖然價錢每樣不貴, 40-50蚊都有一碟,但份量就比較少, 好適合兩個至四個人來食,可以試唔同款式!!!我一定會再來!!!
