今日特登去元朗食招牌菠蘿包、蕃茄豬扒雞翼米線、芫茜牛肉豬膶米線.招牌菠蘿包($19)菠蘿包出到嚟成個熱辣辣,而且佢個酥皮烘得好脆好香口。佢用料唔單只足,份量仲要唔少。佢用料分別用左牛油、蕃茄、雞蛋同埋芝士。個蛋係流心蛋,一咬落去仲有蛋黃流出黎,蛋味十足。蕃茄豬扒雞翼米線($46)因為鐘意食米線,所以叫佢將通粉轉米線。佢依個湯底真係有好濃既蕃茄味,好好飲。而佢既豬扒醃得幾好,唔會太咸,唔會搶左蕃茄既味。而佢個雞翼滷得好正。皮蛋芫茜牛肉豬膶米線($43)食得出佢係用料新鮮既。原本皮蛋同芫茜本身就是絕配,一個濃味一個清淡。而佢地既牛肉就好滑,唔會老。加上唔嚡口既豬膶既粉香,真係好好食。華嫂冰室完全無辜負我由將軍澳坐車去到元朗咁遠,黎食你啲嘢食。
