雖然九龍城比人嘅感覺都係泰國餐廳多,但除左泰菜外其實都隱藏左好多隱世美食!今次就搵到呢間小菜火鍋嘅餐廳,除左火鍋外仲有各式各款嘅小菜,新鮮得黎又充滿風味.上湯龍蝦升級版嘅龍蝦伊麵!!平時龍蝦伊就食得多,但大多數嘅餐廳都係用波士頓龍蝦去製作.豪門就將呢道菜昇華,將波士頓龍蝦upgrade做西澳龍蝦.龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,夠晒新鮮.配上上湯更突顯鮮味.講到龍蝦又點少得伊麵,龍蝦底下嘅伊麵彈牙煙韌,伊麵吸晒上湯汁同龍蝦嘅精華.豪門卷豪門獨創小食!!以港式西多士做靈感再加以變化,變成呢款招牌菜.以油炸鬼做外層,內裏釀入手打墨魚滑後再炸香,最後係豪門卷上灑上芝麻.口感外脆內彈牙,豪門卷口感唔會好油膩,口感真係有層西多士果種酥脆感.豆醬雞用上雞味更濃郁嘅清遠雞製作,經過預先酥炸香後再以潮式普寧豆醬再熬煮一次.雞肉肉質相當嫩滑而且充分地吸晒豆醬嘅豆香.同自身充滿鹹鮮香嘅清遠雞配搭味道更香更鮮味.豉椒炒蟶子蟶子彈牙充滿鮮味,入口無沙.經豉椒炒香後惹味得黎又多鑊氣.花膠魚翅炖雞 一壼超足料嘅燉湯,味道帶香濃雞湯香氣,湯底清而不膩.
