To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

親友生日宴2圍枱，名過其實的餸菜名字；跟本就是取考，4千多吃如此餸菜只可說是《超值》(不值的餸菜)。那些翅的翅(硬到爽，跟本未煮好😧)，餸名中最名不符實是那鮑魚仔看看寫幾頭？又細又好有(咬口😂)。那大青斑魚味好《腥》，瑤柱甫唔知廚房不懂處理？還是瑤族是太久沒有用；起渣又硬又實😧😐！那麵要(小心看清楚)，(不是)有那【片牛肝菌】；而是只有(醬)😂，名字大意好聽^_^！甜品糖水是紅豆沙，上傳沒有位置；大家都說難吃，一枱紅豆沙都放着😧！4千3百多1圍如此酒，所以說是超值😥！
