To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我覺得卡太賀既野食質素是不錯的,但我都像其他人一樣越來越少去食。想了想,應該是以下原因:<br /><br />1.地點太不方便了,要冇車的人特登走去就唔係咁易,<br />2.太出名,食客要求就自然好高,但餐\廳方面又冇乜大進步,所以食客越食越無新意,就覺得佢\退步左咯。<br /><br />我而家間中都會去食,食番我鍾意個幾味,例如菊花蝦,招牌沙律、燒三文魚呀咁(我唔係幾好魚生既),質素次次都差唔多,冇特別差到,但亦冇乜驚喜菜色喎。
