To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間成日有長長嘅人龍，所以一見到前面得一兩個人就等咗一下。因為係食辣嘅四川野，當然要試一試。1️⃣四川擔擔面 $45今次我就叫咗小辣🌶，麵質有啲淋身，冇人哋講到咁煙靭。麵嘅上面有啲香蔥同花生🥜，令到成個麵更加有口感。醬汁放得太多，麻醬過醎🤢，令到要係咁飲豆漿。可能呢個係佢哋嘅銷售策略😹。🙆🏻‍♀️美味指數:5.25/10💡整體來講，名過於實，不過價錢喺銅鑼灣來講尚算適中。
