Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前跟朋友提起在香港很難吃到特別正宗的川菜,突然想起在銅鑼灣多年的這家店。之前朋友說這一家店的酸辣粉特別好吃,今天特意來嚐嚐。現在有15周年特別套餐,點了一個套餐,然後另外單點了一個酸辣粉。15周年套餐,包括前菜兩款,招牌口水雞、一款自選麵和飲品。前菜選了涼拌皮蛋和泡椒豬手,推薦泡椒豬手豬皮不會過腍,充滿泡椒甜酸辣的味道。招牌口水雞,雞肉嫩滑入味。鴨血麻辣粉絲,是近期吃過最好吃的鴨血,鴨血能夾得起來,一咬就裂開,麻辣的味道滲入了鴨血☺️酸辣粉,我點了加辣,能夠理解為什麼這麼多人推薦這一間店,香料用得非常充足,除了在湯之中能看到的辣椒和麻,在湯碗的邊邊上也能看到很多說成份的香料沾了一圈。加辣後酸度不明顯,想要吃更酸一點可以問服務員拿黑醋🫶🏻另外看見很多人點的青瓜豆漿,下次也想試一下。 continue reading

行完街本來想食九鬼,點知佢竟然冇開門😝🤣去咗對面食辣嘢…..第一次食依間,雖然本身自己係唔食得好辣,只可以微辣至少辣…… 所以叫咗一碗完全唔辣嘅手撕雞奶湯麵,另外一個辣嘅牛肉麵,同一個羊架⋯⋯今日星期一雖然清靜,但都有4-5成入座率,一入去坐低QR code落order…..個奶湯麵如果完全唔想食辣朋友可以試吓,都幾好食易入口⋯⋯牛肉湯麵唔係普通一片片牛肉,係類似台灣麵嗰隻牛一舊舊,都幾好味⋯⋯另外個羊架幾好食⋯⋯麻辣嗰隻,佢加埋薯條幾有特色,不過好似貴少少要成$200兩個人埋單$340左右都合理,不過可能唔會成日幫襯,好間唔中嗰隻la 😝😝 continue reading

招牌套餐 $120(口水雞、青瓜、大豆芽、木耳)套餐配一碗酸辣粉,薯粉煙韌掛湯,今次叫左少辣,但都好辣下,麻辣味蓋過左酸辣味!如果唔係食開好辣既朋友叫少辣都夠晒!口水雞滑嫩,配埋佢秘製既辣醬,好惹味!甜品係冰粉,甜甜地,涼浸浸,食完辣野食岩晒!四川擔擔麵 $54麵既韌度岩岩好,上面鋪滿花生碎、肉碎同葱花,撈埋醬汁一齊食好味!夫妻肺片 $80店內既座位唔多,晚飯時間都坐滿,不過店內好似大部份幫襯既都唔係香港人,反而係遊客,見到有啲外國人同埋韓國人,感覺佢地好似慕名而黎咁! continue reading

下午茶時段路經銅鑼灣耀華街,心癢癢想吃碗酸辣粉,忽然想起久聞但未試過的川味小館。本以為有提供下午茶餐,但原來只有「全日歺」,幸好份量不大,點了一份口水雞配酸辣粉餐。口水雞非常惹味,汁料比一般的濃厚,雞件掛汁入味,最畫龍點睛的是加入豆豉碎!咸咸香香,味道變得多層次,超級好味酸辣粉的味道就正正常常,無乜驚喜,但薯粉的質地柔柔韌韌,是不錯的主食。另加十元,配了一杯青瓜豆漿,感覺清新,中和了油膩,平衡點麻辣,物有所值。 continue reading
