To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再戰片皮鴨, 同樣地預了多人, 訂檯8時半, 都要等半個鐘先可以入座. 冇辦法, 餐廳出名, 顧客多人, 係要d時間同耐性.一班朋友最期待其實係片皮鴨, 就先講呢個主打.包住片皮鴨的皮好厚, 而且唔熱, 加上片皮鴨放0係側邊等人切皮, 到上菜已經有一段時間, 變相片皮鴨本身都只係暖暖地, 層皮包埋d鴨, 鴨0既油都只係凝住左0係肉上面, 而唔能夠同皮溶化一齊. 薄皮同鴨完全分開, 主打ge菜式, 的確令眾人大失所望.其他小菜都唔見得有加分, 份量亦比較細. 蝦係新鮮, 或者已經算好彩;炒牛肉味道普通, 一般家常小菜, 冇太大驚喜. 松子魚... 好多汁, 但味道又唔突出, 冇乜酸甜味道, 而且條魚好細, 食兩食都已經冇晒肉;醉雞有酒味, 但唔算濃, 呢個味道反而剛剛好, 而且雞肉幾嫩.小籠包..佢唔係主打小籠包, 見佢d皮比較厚, 肉又唔係好多汁...我都算..沒有抱甚麼期望.到翠塘豆腐, 係比較有驚喜0既一味菜式, 因為豆腐好滑, 而且清清地可以帶出豆腐本身的鮮甜. 加上豆腐唔係一夾就散果種, 好好. 因為之前上錯左菜俾我地, 娃娃菜叫左好耐,最後先到.. 以為佢地再上錯, 但侍應已

因為之前上錯左菜俾我地, 娃娃菜叫左好耐,最後先到.. 以為佢地再上錯, 但侍應已經好快解釋, 佢地係用娃娃菜苗, 而唔係平時見開的娃娃菜. 菜味道新鮮, 唔會炒到老晒, 感覺都新鮮, 唔錯~

總結, 呢餐飯係名過於實. 北京樓, 七成食客係外國人. 大概都係慕其名, 欣賞下傳統京菜. 可是味道, 的確係一般. 買的只是地點、服務。
