太平館既瑞士雞翼真係街知巷聞,去到當然要食瑞士雞翼、乾炒牛河(有/沒瑞士汁),另外套餐就叫左葡汁四寶飯、燒乳鴿。瑞士雞翼既瑞士汁甜甜地,都算好食。反而瑞士汁加係乾炒牛河既時候就太油,唔夾,用老抽炒既牛河好味d!乳鴿肉地太硬,都係沙田乳鴿好味d。葡汁四寶只係一般茶餐廳水準,賣成$115/set,真係太貴喇。甜品本來有雪糕蛋糕(冇叫梳夫厘!!),但係最變左花奶啫喱(仲要好稀),唔抵!舖頭裝修幾有懷舊風,部長伯伯咁老都仲好落力,好野!
