詠藜園好有名氣,o係黃埔做咗好多年,我星期六晚去,full house一坐低有兩碟小點放低擔擔麵(辣):麵夠煙靭,但個湯底唔香,食到後來個麵吸多咗湯汁之後好食啲,不過質素差過新開業既時候,呢個招牌菜已經唔再好食蒜茸油麥菜:炒得唔夠耐,菜梗仲硬硬地... 仲有粒米黏住咗o係啲菜上面雞絲拉皮:即雞絲粉皮,個麻醬缺少咗芝麻香味又「粒」口,食果陣一pad pad醬糊咁東坡肉:全餐唯一我覺得好食既菜,個醬油冰糖味道洽到好處,舊肉夠肥,層皮咬落有油香,不過咁,佢炆得唔夠火候,啲豬肉唔夠冧,做唔到正宗東坡肉果種入口即溶感奇味雞煲:究竟奇味在邊呢?奇在太普通都可以上枱?又唔辣又唔香,豉油雞煲都應該好食過佢.... 啲雞又唔爆下先,爆到金黃色有少少焦先再落醬汁,個雞煲先會惹味好食囉.....總結:全部餸菜都唔好食又唔難食囉,全部煮得無heart,所以要比劣評,希望香港人對食物既味道更有要求,餐廳出呢個水準既食物,就唔好再幫襯啦.....

總結:全部餸菜都唔好食又唔難食囉,全部煮得無heart,所以要比劣評,希望香港人對食物既味道更有要求,餐廳出呢個水準既食物,就唔好再幫襯啦.....
