To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過見到有好多人排，本住試一試小店嘅心態去食。當日叫咗醉雞，獅子頭，酸辣湯，小籠包同湯年糕。1.醉雞不過不失;2.獅子頭直頭係過份，完全無味，豬肉好似無醃過咁，外皮上曬炸粉之後浸落汁到，咬落去成pat嘢，成舊肉仲要係鬆散;3.酸辣湯無酸味得辣味4.小籠包不過不失5.比獅子頭更難食嘅湯年糕，年糕明顯煮過龍，1patpat，個湯底更加不知所謂，完全無味加杰撻撻，似係烚年糕嘅水。只可以話食過一次，就唔會再返嚟食。
