To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等左25分鐘到的即炸椒鹽豬扒+蘭王蛋加$15蘭王蛋 上枱時係凍的 扣曬分椒鹽豬扒 普普通通 急凍豬扒 加梳打粉吸水上粉炸 可惜底味醃唔夠 撈唔暈底味 有d 位咸有d位啖 椒鹽整體少少咸，落太多味精。 明白所有餐廳會落味精，但落得重手。炒飯炒定放係熱度唔算熱，有少少失望。食得出師傅比心機炒，不過放到凍曬。如果賣點係即炸，其實大部分餐廳都係即炸，主要炒飯熱度不足，可惜。手攪凍檸茶 ok 可以的我諗比得$100黎食個椒鹽豬扒飯的人，都係對食物有要求的，如果$100一個豬扒飯，值唔值真係見人見智。
