點了「南乳花菇燜豬手」,「花膠螺片燉雞」及「蒸蛋」。先說「豬手」,豬手燜得很淋,但冇味,花菇亦很淋,也是沒有味。本來看見所有食評大家部份都是讚好的,只看到一篇食評係話個燉湯好似茶餐廳嘅例湯,我就諗住咁多讚好,如果只係得咁少劣評,應該都係好味嘅⋯⋯點知真係出事,個燉湯60幾蚊,真係衰過茶餐廳嘅例湯,簡直係世紀大騙案!至於個「蒸蛋」,有幾粒元貝,不過不失,可以話吉野家嘅蒸蛋都更加好食😏好了,我都係飲返鴻福堂嘅湯,真係好濃郁夠晒味道😙
