To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂了六點半二人枱 ,七點才有枱 。侍應個個面黑黑 ,有個重講講下野無端端走左去 。有個唔知係經理定部長 ,行行企企,重花瓶過公仔箱d花旦 ,都唔知係到搞乜。講完服務 ,入正題,講下d野食 。花膠海螺湯 ,一個字 ,淡。冬菇炆鮑魚,三個字 ,唔入味 ,冬菇比鮑魚好味。香芒南龍沙律 ,用的沙律醬 算係唔錯 。招牌焗蟹蓋 ,差到無倫 ,拆佢招牌就差唔多 。紅酒燴牛尾的薯仔 竟然成為今晚 的焦點 。大富大貴炒飯 ,第一次出來太淡。重新煮過後仍然是很淡 蓮蓉西米布甸竟然是全晚排第二好食。真係唔知好嬲定好笑
