To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次來食牛肉面，幾好食。今次來食吐司，真係好難食，個面包粒燒到成塊炭咁，食到口都痛。個面包因為燒得太勁，上台個時暖暖地，但無左水分保溫，好快就凍左。熱吐司加雪糕本來係絕配，但依家又硬又凍吐司，加雪糕，真係好難食。呢度個環境的確好好，下午茶三點三，同一大班朋友來食，hea 下都幾寫意。員工服務態度都唔錯，如果可以係甜品上面改善下會更加好，話晒佢都係以甜品休閒點係香港比較有名，做唔好甜品就真係覺得差左點。
