To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前由香港啟德機場出發，連接世界各大城市，讓香港與世界接軌。雖然啟德機場已完成歷史任務，但仍可以喺啟德嘅AIRSIDE 讓味蕾向世界出發，投入世界各國美食，今日就飛到新加坡嘅Chatterbox Café。文華海南雞飯嚟到新加坡，又點可以無海南雞呢？Chatterbox Café係新加坡嘅過江龍餐廳，所以食物出品還原獅城口味。海南雞嫩滑，雞皮肥而不膩，仲要無骨啖啖肉，食嘅時候非常滋味。最正嘅當然係油飯啦，油香十足，雖然邪惡，但絕對忍唔住口！招牌雞肉喇沙新加坡嘅美食選擇非常多，喇沙係我哋另一推介。喇沙通常配上大蝦，但因為A姐對蝦敏感，好彩餐廳亦有提供雞肉嘅喇沙選擇。喇沙非常香滑，帶有淡淡椰香，非常香濃，加上湯底濃稠，所以非常掛湯。
