之前係屋企試左整威靈頓牛扒,發覺真係好難整得好食,咁就梗係要去揾間餐廳,向個大廚偷下師啦!一講威靈頓牛扒,就即刻諗起地獄廚神!所以特登book張枱,就係為左向佢個招牌菜,威靈頓牛扒,偷偷師。山頂ge景觀真係無得頂,清清靜靜,野食都特別好味餐前先飲杯espresso martini,再食啖餐廳送ge餐前麵包,無得頂!espresso martini味道豐富,絕無小氣ge充滿酒味,麵包新鮮熱辣,個牛油帶d煙肉味。前菜叫左菠菜沙律,不過不失,此終沙律,材料新鮮就足夠到主菜威靈頓牛扒,一份切開4件,件牛大概1-2成熟,個人覺得有d生,因為真係少少啡色都無個酥皮同肉無分離,中間ge磨菇碎好有味,雖然無用到parma ham包住,個人覺得差少少,不過配埋個sauce,就明白點解呢個係廚神招牌菜!個sauce帶起返成件威靈頓牛扒ge味道同温度,食落去完全唔似係1-2成熟ge牛,個sauce直情有鼓起死回生ge能力!我個人覺得件牛真係below average,同網上ge評語差唔多,不過一加上呢個絕級ge sauce,絕對將成件牛升返做廚神級!食完侍應都表達,煮呢件牛ge温度,餐廳係set好左唔准變,
