To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

休息出走遇上錯漏，看一看我愛的超級英雄，再去尋一尋美食。尋找了暫時唯一在港食店源於1934。。。仿如身在日本享受美食 環境清雅，座位寬闊，卡位與卡位間格也有特別點綴。食物十分精緻，服務員介紹詳細，讓我們選了其特別日本產食品 OBIHIRO HAGETEN SET：當中多類食物一次滿足三嗰願望～天婦羅（一點肥膩也沒有，鮮蝦肉厚，蔬菜甜美），刺身（新鮮多汁每種海鮮也有一份，合適貪心的香港人），汁煮豚肉（一咬就開，肉汁鮮甜）。 鹽燒和牛定食：七成熟和牛肉質味濃，配上清甜的汁，令肉味提升。配菜十分豐富，有牛蒡，沙律，青瓜，紫菜味噌湯。不得不提好好味的綠茶忌廉丸子，超好味，令是日午餐劃上完美句號。
