To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍 魚吧 Fish Bar 和C先生慶祝400日紀念，決定食高級啲，黎到JW Marriot嘅Fish Bar食飯。之前C先生抽中左gift card,咁就去歎下世界.生蠔拼盤12隻 $664咁岩上網見到有限時優惠，六百幾蚊要成12隻生蠔，有平啲嘅Boucdeuse同貴啲嘅la lune，每款各六隻。Boucduse就細隻啲，食落去肉質實啲；la lune就大隻啲，肉質林啲。C先生食得好過癮，因為佢本身唔知有呢個驚喜，喺度落單嗰陣先知，咁就返驚喜到啦！.Fish Fillet Sandwich魚塊炸得好脆，外脆內嫩。他他醬有點酸味，開胃清新。個包係Ciabatta Bread, 軟綿綿，好好味.Teriyaki wagyu burger $270有dry aged cheddar cheese, Roman lettuce, fried onion crisps，塊肉扒叫咗5成熟，有啲過硬，下次都係叫返medium rare算啦。醬汁甜甜地，同塊扒好夾.地址：金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場香港JW萬豪酒店7樓平
