To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過都覺得呢間餐廳好特別,今日終於一試究竟。名符其實嘅街景餐廳,雖然出面街景唔靚,甚至對面就係豬肉檔,過一條街仲係街市,但其實都別有一番風味。一行四人晚飯時間嚟到,先叫了幾樣主食。意粉粉量足但略嫌太乾,意粉唔夠味,煙肉太咸,不太推薦。(4.5/10分)即炸魷魚圈,熱辣辣上枱但粉漿略厚,魷魚太淋太爛冇咬口,食唔出魷魚味,不推薦。(3/10分)pizza薄餅底,夠脆夠熱,調味適中,可以encore,都推薦試下嘅。(7.5/10分)燒春雞要40分鐘,上到嚟就知道絕對值得等。春雞原隻上,啱啱熟,非常嫩口,調味都好食。一開始淨係提供咗刀叉,所以都唔知要點落手分雞,之後店員主動拎手套比我地,就熱辣辣撕開咗隻雞,唯獨中間仲有少少粉紅可能未熟得透,不過個人認為就剛剛好。係必試美食,大推。(8.8/10分)食完主食未夠喉,就嗌咗手工啤同串燒。特別要講下餐廳嘅drink lists,佢詳細介紹晒所有酒類,有咩酒咩味,酒精濃度,甜度苦度等等,非常細心。我就要咗桃味啤酒,個人覺得有點太甜,比較適合女仔飲。(6/10分)厚切牛舌,可能燒太耐,太韌。(6/10分)雞肉串都夠嫩口多汁,可以試下。(7/10分)鯖
