Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為友人介紹特地前來此店品嚐美味的燒春雞,其實由此店舖位置較為偏僻位於內街,所以基本上應該只能靠熟客介紹新客,如此對食物有要求的小店,如果未能讓更多人知道及欣賞她們的廚藝就實在太可惜了。在主菜燒春雞上桌前,我們先點了燒鯖魚醫醫肚,畢竟燒春雞製作需要,起碼要半小時以上,叫其他食物一邊食一邊等一邊傾偈就最好。鯖魚燒得剛好,可以用皮脆肉嫩又多汁來形容,而且份量算比想像中大條,沒太多細骨,亦不會越吃越鹹。雖然店家有提供手工啤酒,不過我們卻以茶代酒,因為想要清清味蕾好好品嘗主菜。招牌香草燒春雞是放在木板上原隻奉上,還有小蕃茄沙律菜及切片薯仔作伴菜。熱辣辣的燒春雞充滿香氣,雞皮脆卜卜,切開雞隻,內裡釀滿了蒜蓉洋蔥蘑菇的饀料,連同嫩滑雞肉一齊食真的非常惹味,兩個人食一隻燒春雞已食到飽。

招牌香草燒春雞是放在木板上原隻奉上,還有小蕃茄沙律菜及切片薯仔作伴菜。熱辣辣的燒春雞充滿香氣,雞皮脆卜卜,切開雞隻,內裡釀滿了蒜蓉洋蔥蘑菇的饀料,連同嫩滑雞肉一齊食真的非常惹味,兩個人食一隻燒春雞已食到飽。
