To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人四季都喜愛打邊爐，但冬天就每日都想打😛😛😛因為朋友剛剛病好左，想打邊爐又清淡少少，所以我地選左椰子雞避開了高峰晚市時段，人又少d，又可坐得舒服d#四季椰子雞🐥 $168（半隻）雞肉白白嫩嫩，脂肪比例平均，吾似我地平時食既黃油雞咁肥，雞肉經椰子水煮過之後，面層油份亦都唔多🐥肉質爽彈不肥，而且完全沒有雪藏味因用上新鮮的椰青水🥥所以感覺很新鮮很清甜吃到底，湯底比起最初更鮮甜#娃娃菜 $38更吸收了椰青湯的精華，食落更鮮甜。#響鈴 $36（半份）就係即叫即炸，一客有3件大大件，而且食落勁脆口，不能錯過最後我同朋友都忍不住都飲曬個椰青湯底。#排骨煲仔飯 $98（小）細既煲仔飯已經足夠2-3人吃🥰一向都知道，煲仔飯🍚既精華緊係在於佢既飯焦啦，火喉真係剛剛好🔥米粒粒粒分明及飽滿。
