To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友仔去金鐘Pacific Place 食間試正啲嘅fusion 點心菜。係果頭 除左香宮 金葉庭 萬豪 原來呢間中菜都好好味~咁價錢梗係有返咁上下看門面以為吾係好大。行到店面盡頭 原來轉個灣 係入面仲有天外有天😆 茶具黑金色 好酷。連張餐紙都用黑色。幾型。茶葉都有好多款。我地叫左香片。真係靚茶 飲落好香,吾似普通茶樓飲茶嘅苦澀味。我地點左黑松露蝦餃 脆脆芝士卷(3set顏色 幾得意)蟠絲剁椒帶子皇 黑椒和牛酥其實都飽飽地 眼闊肚窄 叫多左個黑豚肉炒粉絲。盛惠每位$300埋單。雖然食個午餐 係貴左啲 但係服務人員態度好 食物有創意 非一般 最緊要好味 食吾到有味精(條脷會話)。咁間吾中一次 或者黎慶祝 我都覺得值嘅就豪一次咁多啦!
