To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1斤石班魚+1碟例塊燒鵝,1㷛響螺花膠雞湯和1碟炸墨魚餅首先來的例塊燒鵝,除了兩件脾位外,其他完是皮+肥油(全部都是),原本我老公話換的,但我怕衛生問題,所以沒有換!跟著來的花膠湯,已經不是第一次飲了,每次的湯渣都有丰富的湯料,但今次的湯,只有1塊豬肉,3-4隻雞腳,3-4塊花膠和很鹹的湯水!再來的是部長話1斤好抵食的石班魚,其實我們每星期都有一天去海港吃晚飯(除了沒位外),所以很多餐都吃過很多次;每次條魚都有一斤重,但今次只有半斤左右,問部長佢話咁上下,係咁樣!到炸墨魚餅,我哋食到有点酸,跟一位女部長說退,不要了,她拿走並跟那個幫我們落order的男部長說,他望一望我們就不再理會了!隔離桌子的兩夫妻,見到我們退魚餅,就問我們原因,之後有另一位女部長跟他們落order,兩夫妻話原本想要炸墨魚餅,但我們話酸的,所以不要,但那位女部長竟說:每個人口味不同!聽到她說,我有点嬲!立即結賬!不明白点解有咁樣的服務態度!
