To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早約十時与太座到東涌藍天海岸附近的稻香吃早茶,客人不太多,近門口處有兩張二人枱,食客剛走,員工未執枱,我拿了等候票之后請示一位身旁的女員工可否入座其中一張兩人枱,她説反正當時沒有其他客人等候,當然可以,並且説會馬上替我執枱。由於本人腳/腰痛,酒樓入座等候處又沒有可供客人暫時休息的椅子,於是我就在其中一張兩人枱邊坐下,其后該女員工問我何解不等候執好枱才入座,我説不好意思,因為腳/腰舊患,不能久站,這位員工説明白。但這時收銀處的一位阿嬋居然大聲叫囂,聲稱未執好枱不能入座,否則會連累員工被炒魷魚,其后再加多一句頂心頂肺的説話~“腳痛你又可以行倒嚟飲茶?” 老實説,如果老妻沒有阻止,我眞係想直斥其非,做人豈能如此冇同理心!另:酒樓接待處沒有一張椅子可供老弱顧客坐著等候,非常不人道,罪一;而且因為缺乏有效PA系統,人多時被逼站在門外等候的顧客會因為隔住玻璃門未能听到召喚而錯失入座机會,要從頭排隊,罪二。我以后都不會再光顧這一間稻香。
