之前經過過呢間餐廳係新開嘅,menu仲好豐富,見到啲評價都高質!餐前先嚟咗餐包 有無花果sourdough、紅菜頭包配嘅係自家製牛油手切Iberian ham 48個月油香十足,仲有好香嘅橡果味pan seared foie gras用咗漢堡嘅形式整,有個包夾咗鵝肝,煎得好香,食落唔heavy!soup du jour (周打蜆湯)一飲已經飲到蜆嘅味道,好正!唔知點解好似仲飲到薯仔蓉嘅質地usda prime striploin餐廳default 3成熟,我就stick to it啦!啲邊邊位唔知點解做到脆脆地,又鎖住咗個肉質,中間軟腍,充滿牛味duck leg confitside:露荀、炒蘑菇是日甜品 - Basque cheese cake淡淡芝士味 食落唔膩.見到佢地有d門可以拉成一間玻璃房 如果係一班人去商務dinner都幾啱.埋單果陣個staff仲講佢地不時有信用卡優惠,AE有85折、Bea有9折,又幾好喎!
