To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都冇打邊爐,今日突然心癮起!所以決定搵吓邊度有好味,又平,又可以自己一個人食嘅打邊爐。最後俾我搵到喺北角有一間專食一人一鍋嘅日式火鍋放題。所以今日就決定咗喺呢度食飯😋😋關東壽喜燒鍋+ 牛胸腹+雞蛋🥚😋呢個絕對係傳統的壽喜燒食法😍,先用牛嘅脂肪用鍋燒熱。然後再放牛胸腹落去煎熟😍,煎到少少香嘅牛胸腹吸收晒牛脂嘅香味。令到牛嘅味道味非常濃郁!而且口感非常爽口彈牙!食咗一半嘅時候,侍應再幫我哋加咗壽喜燒嘅湯底入鍋。湯底滾起嘅時候,再加埋生雞蛋入去。😍成個正宗嘅壽喜燒就已經完成!壽喜燒湯底加牛肉同雞蛋永遠都係Perfect match。真係超級滋味。食到我停唔到口!呢間餐廳嘅食物質素好高,最難得嘅係, 竟然喺香港可以食到日本傳統嘅嘢食。呢個真係激讚!絕對會推薦朋友黎食飯!
