To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個聖誕節不一樣

感覺上，今年的聖誕節跟去年相比，明顯氣氛差咗，街上人流少了；普遍地，商場都無咁旺。即使來到旺角，都是 “任我行”，莫非，啲人出晒外地過聖誕?行咗一陣，都搵唔到有咩嘢可以買，就去搵啲嘢食，食完就返歸。因為昨晚食咗火鍋放題，所以，今晚決定勒住自己唔可以再食咁多，卒之，去咗食譚仔。平時呢個時間，一定爆晒棚，今日卻好冷清，連檯都唔使搭，真少見。叫咗一碗清湯米線配魚腐、牛丸和魚蛋，另一碗番茄湯米線配酸菜、魚片頭和雞肉，再加五隻香草雞翼。湯底好鮮味，魚蛋、牛丸都大大粒，好有口感，而魚腐嗦透了湯就非常可口。魚片頭好爽口，酸菜好開胃，雞肉就太碎。之前食過土匪雞翼和麻辣雞翼，而香草雞翼就係第一次食。感覺上，呢個香草雞翼比唔上麻辣雞翼或土匪雞翼，因為食落又唔香又唔辣。好少可，喺譚仔竟然可以慢慢食，慢慢坐。呢個聖誕節真不一樣。
