To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排DSE完，呢間嘢請埋啲新仔，完全唔知啲餐牌點配搭。我本身諗住揀緊兩個餐。一個係特價晚餐$63 ，跟特飲+$8另一個係主餐牌$66 ，冇寫跟嘢飲。我本來嘅首選係$66嗰個，我問個新來嘅侍應，確認下個餐係咪+$8就有個特飲，我前後問咗兩次，佢都話係，所以我就放心落。但係落完之後，張單寫住個特飲係+$13 (原價$26半價)，成件事伏咗。我即刻同佢講，佢話最多只能夠cut咗杯嘢飲，冇得轉餐。真係火都嚟，如果佢知嗰個餐係$66+13，我就會揀返$63+8個餐，依家冇咗杯嘢飲，俾貴咗，食得唔安樂。好心呢間嘢就好好培訓下啲intern啦。一句講晒，劣評！

另一個係主餐牌$66 [溫泉蛋牛肉石頭鍋珍珠飯]，冇寫跟嘢飲。

我本來嘅首選係$66嗰個，我問個新來嘅侍應，確認下個餐係咪+$8就有個特飲，我前後問咗兩次，佢都話係，所以我就放心落。

但係落完之後，張單寫住個特飲係+$13 (原價$26半價)，成件事伏咗。我即刻同佢講，佢話最多只能夠cut咗杯嘢飲，冇得轉餐。
