To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「讓自己忙碌些, 不快的事情會慢慢變淡再忘記」, 我不認同這句話, 因為有些事情是一世不忘的, 但我也會讓自己忙碌, 例如個人發展/增值、關心社會時事, 各方面都盡量做到平衡. 星期日我就約了朋友到中環FUMI吃日式brunch buffet, 有日本空運海鮮刺身、鱈場蟹腳等,  套餐亦包括主菜及甜品. 12時許到達, 餐廳都幾乎滿座, 慶幸有訂位啊~  要說食物種類多? 稱不上, 因始終是brunch, 不會像酒店晚市般有長長的buffet line, 但論質素, 卻是頗好亦很易回本.例如有鮮甜鱈場蟹腳, 相信即使在酒店吃自助餐也吃不到, refill速度甚快, 所以一次不需要亦不建議拿太多.  肥美刺身有赤蝦、帶子、三文魚、吞拿魚, 款款都好新鮮.  亦有即製壽司. 天婦羅蝦、天婦羅茄子及炸雞, 香脆不油膩 . 烤牛肉沙律、煙鴨胸沙律、泡菜、雜菜沙律、薯仔沙律、蟹籽沙律, 總共有六款之多. 一向愛吃日本串燒, 4款燒物包括豚肉、雞肉、粟米及日本青椒仔.   大愛表面燒得焦但內裏仍是juicy 的青椒仔.當我們正在吃蟹腳之際, 呀! 店員端來惹味的磯燒帆立貝及咬下去有點啜牙的磯煮鮑

主菜五選一(雞、牛、魚、蔬菜及海鮮),  朋友選的A4宮崎和牛冰見烏東超讚, 烏東軟滑, 湯頭香濃, 而且份量是足足的一碗; 我選了照燒日本雞腿肉, 燒得十分香脆, 幾乎呼雞皮時會發出卜卜聲的.

套餐不包飲品的, 但加$88可享汽水及果汁, 而我們就加$168選享香檳、清酒、紅白酒、啤酒、汽水及果汁.  午餐就要喝酒, 會否很過份呢? 不要太計較, 又不是常常這樣子, 偶爾與朋友放縱一下就是了.  香檳及清酒很易入口, 非常適合女生.
