To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近半年幾乎每個周日,—家人都喜愛來這裡飲午茶。 這裡樓底不算高,但不算嘈吵。装修光猛舒適。各级員都很勤奮,親切有禮,實在難得。皮脆肉香,味道適中,不會過咸。最愛用來送白飯 ,令乳豬肉味更特出。雲吞皮脆薄,蝦肉爽彈,每次會都向點心亜姨要多—碟酸甜醬才夠滿足。豬肚較稔,燒賣的蝦肉與豬肉各半,整體較清淡。生菜新鮮爽口,没有下油,很健康。綠荳香唔算重,但多荳多沙,不會太甜,加了臭草,很傳统。芝麻卷是每次來這裡的動力,芝麻味濃,軟韌香滑。水滚茶靚,$13/茶位,假日收費也算合理。
