今日中午我們去咗銅鑼灣怡和街嘅「鼎泰豐」食中午飯!我們叫咗什錦豆乾絲係用豆乾絲、海帶絲同芽菜撈埋一齊食,口感好爽脆!涼拌黑木耳好爽口嫩滑,配上酸酸嘅鎮江醋,相當醒胃!冰鎮涼瓜嘅味道好清甜清新,食落之後就會慢慢滲透出涼瓜嘅甘甜味!酒糟鴨舌好爽脆,酒嘅味道唔會好濃烈,感覺好清香!蘿蔔絲拌海蜇皮清甜嘅蘿蔔絲撈埋爽口嘅海蜇一齊食,令到口感都幾豐富!香干馬蘭頭係用多種材料剁碎晒撈埋一齊,味道都幾特別,最重要係無草青味!乾煸四季豆唔會好乾身!台式酸辣湯嘅味味酸酸辣辣,材料好豐富!小籠包嘅皮好煙韌薄身,唔會好容易裂開溜晒入面嘅湯汁出嚟,湯汁嘅味道好鮮味,肉質亦幾軟滑!蔥花蛋炒飯炒得粒粒分明,但就油膩咗啲,鷄蛋嘅味道好香濃!油炸排骨湯麵嘅麵質比較腍身,唔係好彈牙,排骨嘅肉質好鬆化,肉汁都幾多!菜肉餛飩湯嘅都幾煙煙韌韌,菜肉嘅味道都幾清香!甜品:赤豆鬆糕嘅感覺係熱辣辣嘅雲片糕包著香滑紅豆蓉咁,味道唔會過甜!
