To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經有一期興流心西多士，周記因而成名，但我係因為招牌蝦多士而嚟，所以可以同媽咪嚟試。星期日中午12點，午市時段唔算多人，等候時間只需5分鐘。店內地方不大，可以用狹窄形容，我坐近門口冷氣不足，滴住汗食得不快！芝麻蝦多士 $42🥢🥢驚喜蝦膠咁厚身、彈牙、有蝦味，多士也脆口，但敗筆之處係太多芝麻，完全將蝦味蓋過鴛鴦燒賣 $30🥢除咗賣相係正常之外，餡料同味道都唔合格！餡料用咗大量肥肉，所以連本身應有嘅豬肉香都欠缺，不吃也罷！XO醬炒腸粉 $40🥢🥢🥢唔食得辣所以叫走辣，惹味度欠奉，但腸粉滑嘟嘟口感不錯，不過就厚咗dd，加埋配菜食還可以黑松露湯餃 $24🥢上枱聞到好多松露味，但一羹切開就令人反感，餡料似豬餿咁溶溶爛爛，基本上食唔到有肉，不知所謂！二人共消費：$136
