To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去西環海濱睇日落影相，見早到左影相前當然要覓食，HKU alumni表示周記蝦多士同西多士係必食之選。近下午茶時段，都要等兩張枱到，入到去見到一半既客都有叫蝦多士就知係招牌。馳名芝麻蝦多士（$48）果然一上枱真係好有驚喜，一面係炸到金黃色，另一面就係舖滿芝麻，中間位置係厚厚既蝦膠，芝麻好香口，面包鬆脆，蝦膠非常彈牙！紫薯流心西多士（$38）超邪惡既配搭，一切開西多就流出好香既紫薯餡，入口少少甜，好濃既紫薯香，但食到一半有少少膩，揾朋友一齊share就最好啦！百香菓金橘蜂蜜（$26）食左甘多熱氣野飲返啖潤喉飲品，呢支野酸酸甜甜好岩夏天飲！
