To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🇭🇰講到香港野,呢間周記點心+茶餐廳係我最欣賞嘅其中一間🧡佢響西營盤同港大站中間,茶餐廳格局但啲野食係傳統同創新兼備🤪😌 響早幾年佢因為自創流心西多士而爆紅,算係始祖之一,另外都有好多中式點心提供,整體上СP值幾高!-💛 <奶黃流心西多士> 呢個真係周記必點名物,兩塊炸方包夾住流沙餡睇落脹卜卜,一切開啲奶黃醬從中心澎湃地湧出黎😍😍西多偏腍唔算油,奶黃醬好有蛋黃同吉士粉香味,而且係多到每一啖點好多黎食都綽綽有餘😚👍🏻另外仲有芝麻、朱古力紫薯等口味選擇😌-🍤 <芝麻蝦多士> 另一必點招牌菜式!蝦多士外皮薄身、炸得金黃穌脆得黎唔油膩,面頭舖滿勁多白芝麻😝內餡係非常之厚身嘅蝦膠,爽身彈牙而蝦味十足,份量係多到滿晒🤩點埋沙律醬食係世界級享受🥰👍🏻-🥛 <樽裝奶茶> 呢個水準都唔錯,茶味幾濃,唔會過甜同澀😌-🧡其實周記嘅蝦多士同流心西多士係響香港食過CP值最高🤫所以次次去親都會叫,然後份量係多到兩個人食完飽到唔太叫到其他野😂下次好想試下佢啲點心同銀針粉聽講都係高質☺️
