To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為學校同水街都幾近，所以平時都會同同學去水街食lunch，周記點心專門店就係其中之一間。今日係星期日，都有唔少客人喺入邊食緊點心。坐到入去，落左單等緊嗰陣仲見到出左唔少外賣，生意唔錯！本身想食章魚肉餅飯，不過咁啱賣唒，夥計推介鳳爪排骨飯。佢個飯細細盅，排骨嘅份量都好足夠，啲肉汁流晒落飯裏面，令到啲飯食落好有肉嘅香味。之後，奶黃流沙西多士同香芋流沙西多士一齊上枱。用刀叉一切，啲奶黃醬同香芋醬爆發出嚟感覺好治癒好澎湃，食落好邪惡！比起食一般茶餐廳嘅西多士多咗一份層次！奶黃醬食得出有鹹蛋黃嘅香味，而香芋醬就好香甜跟住點少得食出名嘅蝦多士同蝦餃，仲有春風得意腸都係我嘅最愛！呢三樣點心嘅共通點就係餡料都有蝦！佢哋都好爽口彈牙，估唔到一隻蝦都有三種食法！
