To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

數年前曾經光顧的周記，當時沒有疫情，門庭若市，點了很多點心和西多，水準高昂👍今天路經西營盤，特意繞路到水街一趟光顧。未竟，在沒有客人的情況下，竟然出錯……當日中午，外賣了一客紫薯流心西多士。筆者確信他是即叫即做，因為需要等待15分鐘，才可以拿到外賣。打開一看，竟然提供了奶皇流心西多士給我們……雖然價錢一樣，水準依舊，但是成品出錯，令人心情難免失望……沒有理由，這樣也可以出錯吧！希望他朝到訪西環，屆時整體服務水平有所回升吧
