To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記點心地點：西環西營盤水街東利大厦地下H1號舖講起西營盤中式點心，西營盤人一定知有間點心餐廳叫「周記點心」😉。既然咁長時間都未飲茶啦，難得放假就一於入去試試先🤣～懷舊蝦多士 🍤 🍞$45蝦多士好厚又炸得好脆，麵包外面鋪滿住芝麻。🤩估唔到蝦膠好足料，食落都有蝦味又有彈牙，再點埋啲沙律醬中和一下油膩嘅口感。😋奶黃流沙西多士 🧇$38大大份西多士炸到好金黃色，切開中間就有滿滿邪惡嘅奶黃係入面流哂出黎😚，奶黃醬有重蛋黃味同蛋黃粒，正😍。黑松露湯餃 🥟$28湯餃都幾大隻裏面好多料加上濃濃黑松露味，味道幾好😛。芝士蝦長春卷🍤🧀 $38春卷外脆內軟，新鮮熱辣辣又有好重芝士味，令到成個口感更加鮮甜更濃郁🤪。鴛鴦燒賣 🦐$32燒賣面頭配上一小小黑松露同蟹籽口味，肉質鮮香彈牙😌，而且唔油膩。#nicefoodie西環
