To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏天差不多中式酒樓都有,這裡的冬瓜盅一分錢一分貨,$188有元貝、蝦肉、蓮子、豬肉等食材外,有一樣好特別的,細細粒的,綠色的,就是以上照片見到那些細細粒綠色的東西,食落覺得齒頰留香,忍不住問侍應侍應說不清楚,我問不知可否幫忙問下廚房。


原來叫夜香花,侍應還說他們的夜香花是來自泰國。


我覺得那味道真的好特別,好難形容,總之是清新、淡香、微甘甜。好奇下上網查看了一下。


原來夜香花有藥用及營養價值,夜香花含有豐富的植物維他命A及維他命C,還有清肝、清熱、明目、祛濕、行氣活血、解毒消腫的作用。夏秋氣節心火易盛,冬瓜盅配夜香花可以清心除煩,舒郁開鬱。👍😊推介這個小心思。💖💖
