今日專程黎食Bookmark左好耐的彩羽壽司家,好期待。揀了樁這個餐,前菜先上分別高糖蕃茄,黑梅貝,伴仙人掌,仙人掌口感特別,蕃茄味道清甜,黑梅貝即日本的東風螺,煙靭爽甜,用鮮味盛宴序幕。過場來個魷魚味脆片,先試原味,沾上沙律醬再試,另外一番風味,對脆卜卜嘅嘢毫無抗拒之力。茶碗蒸有大蜆,新鮮野菌,再加上新鮮嘅柚皮調味,有淡淡柚子香。真鯛先上,上面有新鮮嘅梅肉,鯛魚嘅同梅嘅味道好夾,唔使點豉油。跟住係大分縣真蠔,size 適中,肉質肥美,黑醋酸汁提鮮,一下就滑咗落口入邊。煙燻火炙鰹魚,師傅首先喺你面前用火槍將魚皮燒香,再加上小小嘅Wasabi,之後就係攞泡泡槍為鰹魚添上煙燻,成件事頗堪玩味。壽喜燒牛肉鍋,用嘅係A5和牛,仲有新鮮日本蔬菜,跟一隻日本生雞蛋,喜歡嘅可以攞嚟點牛肉食,幾片真係唔夠喉。套餐升級了鮟鱇魚肝泡芙,泡芙鬆軟,鮟鱇魚肝夠Creamy,幾創新的配搭!日式串燒有特大虎蝦,爽滑彈牙,勁Juicy嘅五花腩,同埋鮮冬菇,擺盤精緻,就好似一件藝術品咁唔捨得食。深海池魚壽司肉質鮮甜。火炙大拖羅,入口即溶,要喺口腔入邊溶晒佢先捨得吞落肚。秋刀魚卷入邊包住紫蘇葉,喺呢個秋冬嘅季節食肥美嘅

最後我哋加錢食咗呢間店嘅鎮店之寶:彩羽太卷,佢就係日本食到的龍珠卷!!!師傅喺你面前紫菜飯上面放上海膽,大拖羅,中拖羅,青瓜,同埋橙紅色嘅蛋黃,再慢慢捲上,最犀利嘅地方係師傅嘅刀工,每件都有完整嘅一個蛋黃,絕對唔會切爛,見到佢就忍唔住一啖放落口,無論係視覺同味道都係一流。

甜品居然係我最愛的日式刨冰,師傅先將大冰塊放到刨冰機內,然後用手飛快攪動機器,刨出細冰,再淋上蜜瓜味糖漿同埋煉奶,同埋一整片新鮮蜜瓜,又香又甜,極度滿足呀~
