見到多個平台宣傳,港島$500人均 omakase,有彩羽太卷,就去試下首先,而家係2024年11月,menu 已經要加120每人先可以食到彩羽太拳,係每人$120….. $20都可以加,$120不了食唔到彩羽太卷,其他壽司水平水準偏差,食到魚肉部份好多時都有冰冷感覺,融雪解凍未做得好,啲壽司調味好古怪,一係好鹹,一係冇味再說服務,壽司師傅係零溝通,零講解。只可以講係貴價壽司郎,但係壽司郎好食啲。而家食完都有少少腸胃炎感覺。最後,甜品係冇刨冰我唔明點解會有100幾個開心,完全係大失所望,同網上好多KOL講嘅完全唔同,大家小心,救得一個得一個🙏🏻

分別豬腩肉、阿波尾雞翼、大蝦、大蔥同埋車厘茄。🐽豬腩肉肉質細緻肥美,油脂感幾重,外層燒到微脆,入好香口! 🐔阿波尾雞翼外皮香脆,內嫰多汁。朋友最愛食蝦同剝蝦殼,肉質爽口彈牙,大蝦得一隻唔夠喉😂。大蔥都不錯,唔會話燒到好乾,帶點甜味。車厘茄酸酸甜甜,有助解膩,比朋友完美ko。

♡和牛壽喜燒
壽喜燒湯底香甜,配和牛一定係prefect match!和牛口感軟腍,油花分布均勻且肉味濃郁🐮!加上日本蛋黃令口感層次提升。鍋中仲有其他配菜, 豆腐、京蔥、菇菌類等,沾滿壽喜燒湯底,好滿足。

壽司6貫
分別有鰤魚、牡丹蝦、甜蝦、拖羅、貝柱同埋海膽。鰤魚肉質細嫩,脂肪飽滿。牡丹蝦同埋甜蝦表面都曬滿蛋黃粉,夠哂新鮮甜美。我最愛一定係海膽!!味道濃郁十分鮮甜,完全冇腥味!口感豐腴綿密,入口即溶!滿滿幸福感。

♡吸物
鯛魚湯,煲到奶白色,好鮮甜。

♡♡♡彩羽太卷 +$250
餐廳重點推介招牌一定係「彩羽太卷」✨! 材料有醬油漬蛋黃、海膽、拖羅、赤身、青瓜。正到不得了!!先講外賣已經非常吸引,蛋黃呈橙紅色大大粒,醬油漬醃製味道岩岩好,仲有流心效果!海膽鮮甜甘香,份量都好多。拖羅、赤身魚夠新鮮肥美。成件放落口,口感極豐富,幸福滿滿!

♡日式刨冰
omakase有刨冰食,都係第一次😳!仲可以自選口味!師傅會擺成個🧊冰粒入刨冰機,以人手搞伴,有一絲絲雪花冰掉落,畫面好治療。我地最後揀咗綠茶紅豆白玉🫘同埋蜜柑。兩款都有驚喜,味道唔太甜,蜜柑帶點小清新感。
