To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到譚三哥，心情即刻開朗晒，食完都仲想再去添！上次去有得食螺酸湯豬皮螺片米線，湯底酸辣鮮香，海螺切得薄薄地又唔會過筋，完全係跟住牙齒走。配上嘅豬皮入口即溶，再來一啖帶 crunch 既酸筍粒粒，入口即刻爆晒鮮。配料同湯底完美撞喺一齊，正到彈！再講講個椒麻涼拌魚爽肚，我以為自己食少辣落巴都會流汗，但咁爽口嘅涼拌，青瓜嘅清甜同秘製麻醬巧妙融合，舒適既辣，辣得啱啱好，食咗一啖又一啖！飲品部門，鳳梨藍蝶花香特飲畀個靚名已經夠吸引，飲落去嗰種鮮甜細緻嘅鳳梨味，再加上碟豆花汁嘅特別藍調，靚到唔捨得飲埋，口感得嚟仲有果肉咀嚼，解辣得嚟仲解渴，抵飲到飛起！我話咩，譚三哥呢度嘅食物變化多端，一次過滿足到幾種口味需求😋，無論係想得到鮮、想食辣、定係想清新一下，都啱曬！真係食樂滿分，間間都算得上係食得嘅好去處！下次去，我一定要再嚟個螺蛳汤再配埋椒麻雞塊，等我食過先講啦！🥣🌿🍍

再講講個椒麻涼拌魚爽肚，我以為自己食少辣落巴都會流汗，但咁爽口嘅涼拌，青瓜嘅清甜同秘製麻醬巧妙融合，舒適既辣，辣得啱啱好，食咗一啖又一啖！
