To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年前幫襯過「三姐」之後,復活節假期再嚟。人龍唔見咗,公眾假期夜晚無訂枱都唔駛等位,莫非食物質素真係咁差?兩個人點咗香葉煮蜆($68)、南乳蓮藕炒腩肉($48)同欖菜雞粒炒四季豆($48),加白飯兩碗。香葉煮蜆由侍應介紹,以為係用泰式香葉炒,上枱先知原來好似清酒煮蜆咁,不同之處,在於個湯有勁多蔥,酒味重,煮法特別又好味! 另外兩碟小菜味道一般,份量ok,可惜比較油,而且味精超重。總括嚟講,味道唔差,但係味精實在過多,要一邊食一邊狂飲茶,加上價錢唔平,個人覺得呢間舖頭係名過其實。
