To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫食豬肉餃子上海面(HKD 38),同滑牛雲吞小鍋米線(一個餸都要六蚊)。兩碗野,餃子就等於雲吞,上海面等於米線。望落食落都係冇分別,都唔知搞嘜。唯一分別就係小鍋米線有落辣油,上海面食落好勁味精。雲吞皮又厚,皮邊又唔多熟,食落又好鬼粉。其他食店食米線都多點芽菜配料,呢兩碗真係落得好少。不過米線份量真係幾大碗,普通午餐都要花點力氣先食得晒。真係冇嘜好野值得讚。只係得杯凍茶飲得過,最正常,唔苦唔過甜。個鋪位咁大都幾多吉位,唔洗等。服務麻麻就預左。結論係肯定冇下次。
