To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早上喺牛奶冰室食咗早餐，但係整體體驗真係好差。我點咗沙嗲牛肉麵同火腿通，發現呢兩樣嘢味精味好重，搞到成個味道好人工。沙嗲牛肉麵應該係香辣濃郁，但係味精味太勁，食落去好似唔係咁天然。火腿通嘅味道都畀味精掩蓋咗，冇咗應有嘅鮮味。除咗味道唔理想之外，食物嘅賣相都差強人意，明顯睇得出係處理得好馬虎，冇心思。仲有，我叫咗杯冰檸茶，但冇用新鮮檸檬，味道好似加咗人工香料，飲落去有陣重重嘅化學味。熱奶茶表現亦好普通，完全提升唔到呢餐嘅整體感覺。最難頂嘅係，服務員喺我未食完嘅時候不停嚟收餐具，搞到食飯過程畀打斷，成個氣氛好唔舒服。總括嚟講，今次喺牛奶冰室嘅早餐體驗真係令人好失望。由食物嘅味道、賣相到服務，全部都冇達到基本嘅標準，令我真係唔會再嚟第二次。
