To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佢哋嘅招牌菜式之一 羅漢齋。呢道菜色彩繽紛,好多新鮮嘅蔬菜同豆腐塊,一睇就開胃。蔬菜嘅新鮮度同口感真係令人驚喜,每一口都充滿咗天然嘅甜味。豆腐塊嘅口感豐富,外酥內嫩,忍唔住多食幾塊。整道菜香味滿滿,絕對係素食愛好者嘅最愛。除咗羅漢齋,佢哋仲有一道經典嘅小食─牛蒡煎餅。呢個小食係我喺素食餐廳頭次嚐到,給咗我好大嘅驚喜。牛蒡煎餅嘅外皮金黃酥脆,裡面係軟嫩多汁嘅牛蒡絲。佢嘅口感獨特,一口咬落去,蔬菜嘅甜味同鹹香完美結合,令人回味無窮。最後,佢哋嘅紫菜卷。呢道菜簡單但美味,紫菜鮮嫩口感同裡面嘅蔬菜絲完美契合。食一口,蔬菜嘅脆度同紫菜嘅鮮味喺口中交織,好愉悅。加上佢哋自家製嘅醬料,更能提升整體嘅風味。呢間唔只係一個素食餐廳,更係一個令人身心放鬆嘅地方。餐廳環境溫馨舒適,充滿自然氛圍,令人彷彿置身於田園之中。
