To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走進鴨大哥餐廳,空氣中飄散著撲鼻的烤鴨香,即使只是兩位食客,依然決心一試店裏的招牌菜。服務員笑臉迎人,份量適中地推薦了招牌北京烤鴨和豉汁帶子蒸豆腐。北京烤鴨香皮誘人,賣相靚仔至極。皮脆肉嫩,但感覺鮮味略欠,雖然麵皮略嫌不足,但那個保溫的小熱窩實在蠻得意。葱丝、黃糖和麻醬搭配得宜,幫味道加多幾分風味。豉汁帶子蒸豆腐溫度正好,豆腐入口滑溜,帶子肉質彈牙。雖然豉汁可以更豐富一點,總體來說都算得過及格。喝的茶香味略顯淡薄,下次有機會要試試其他口味。雖然沒有機會品嚐南山咖啡糕,但這頓簡單卻溫馨的餐飲體驗,讓人食在忘形,樂也融融。舒服的用餐環境,猶如一場視味兼優的城市短假,好滿足!🉑️🍽️🎉
